of beautiful, unique and exquisitely handcrafted sterling silver jewelry pieces created by Santa Fe, New Mexico native and
Award Winning Silversmith Gregory Segura. Being mostly self taught, Gregory began designing jewelry in silver 20 years ago
and has continued to perfect his skills over the years. Inspired by all the beauty that the Southwest has to offer, and a
great admirer of master silversmiths from New Mexico's past, Gregory's work reflects his Spanish and Native American heritage. A
bit of a restless soul, or maybe because he is a Gemini, Gregory's jewelry offers a wide range of diverse designs from traditional
to contemporary.
All of Gregory's jewelry designs are original handmade
sterling silver pieces. Many are one-of-a-kind works of art and most of his intricately stamped designs are truly unique,
with no two identical. He uses the heaviest gauge of silver possible to craft his pieces giving them a substantial feel and
the assurance of the highest quality available.
"From the first time I started working
with silver it just came natural to me. Designs came easy and manipulating the silver to execute my ideas just made sense.
Turquoise has always been my favorite stone to use because of the varied hues of blue to green, often with unique matrix lines.
